You will have 1 main point of contact with COOP. However, other team members will be brought in as needed.
Yes. We require a minimum of 6 months. After the initial 6 months, your retainer becomes a month-to-month package with a 60-day termination notice.
For packages with a set number of hours, the overage rate is $250 / hr.
We fully expect your needs to change! That’s why we offer a broad range of services to help your business grow. We can adapt the work we’re doing with you from month-to-month based on your business needs.
Yes, you can. You’ll still be billed at the same monthly amount for your package regardless if you used less or more hours that month. Should you run out of hours, the overage rate of $250 / hr applies. If you’re interested in paying the entire amount up front, we will apply a 5% discount.
We do not provide the following specific services within the package fees and core areas of service. However, you may request a proposal for any of these services managed by us and provided by our vetted, experienced partners.
Website: Development & Design, Updates requiring coding, Hosting and tech maintenance
SEO: Full-scale management, Pay-per-Click (PPC), SEO Campaigns
Advertising: Media buying
Creative Services (Design): Initial branding (i.e. logo development, typography, etc.) and re-branding, Specialized Photography, Videography
Management Consulting: HR & Employment Consulting, Accounting Consulting, IT Consulting
Business Development & Sales Support: Staffing of events, Sales calls
In addition to the aforementioned services that require additional proposals and scoping, overnight travel (if required) is billed at cost. Assessments also have an additional cost. 5 Voices is $50 per assessment, Working Genius is $25 per assessment, and Leader 360 is $50 per assessment.
